At Pin Seeker Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
• Items returned after 30 days.
• Gift card or promotonal items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
