Once the package arrived, I pulled it out to test quality and durability. Upon initial feel, it almost feels plastic-y and feels light, yet sturdy in the hands. The release mechanism uses the perfect amount of pressure the release the pointy end, where you don't have to worry about accidentally opening in your pocket or break your thumbs out trying to open it up. I feel this divot tool could withstand being tossed and thrown around without sustaining any damage. The manget holding ball marker seems strong enough to keep the marker in its socket without accidentally getting lost. I'll update after taking the tool out for a few rounds.Edit (26 Oct 2024):After 5 rounds, both of these are working like new. It springs open and clips into place without issues. Only thing I would recommend is keeping it out of your back pocket, you may accidentally sit on the release pin and open the blade end. The magnet on the marker holder works well and keeps the marker in place while in your pocket. 5/5 would purchase again.

These tools are a good price performer, but inevitably the screws fall out after about five or six rounds. If you can get them back in the thing, never really works right as the flip out green repair tool has trouble getting back in or coming out Loctite on the screws will fix it, but in general, this thing’s not built that great and won’t last very long. I’ve owned more than one of these, and they’ve all exhibited the same behavior.
